Mayday to Meaning
Mayday to Meaning was created with one mission. The mission is simple: destroy the stigma of mental health, especially in the first responder community, and help as many as we can who suffer in silence with mental health and believe they are alone. Fueled by my personal experience of losing purpose due to injury, I embarked on a journey from rock bottom to finding a new purpose.
